Near & Dear

i started this blog to serve as some sort of diary of all things near and dear to me….over the next few months i plan to carefully compile- in some sort of orderly fashion -all of the thoughts, things and interests that i am come across…into little nifty lists….that i will be able to refer to whenever my heart desires…and that way…..things will become stationary and concrete as oppose to a random whimsical praise of items or thoughts….

a little bit about my personal self….i am going through some sort of self discovery…or perhaps this has been ongoing my entire life…but feel the need to document my interests…

i personally feel living in brooklyn for the past 5 years has opened my eyes to the world of design…why brooklyn? i’m not sure, but perhaps its the amazing brownstone with large windows that one can peek into and get a glimpse of these beautiful interiors….chandeliers, book cases…both modern and classical…and truly that is what brooklyn means to me…these avantgarde neighborhoods that harbor so much charm and old history but yet are able to progress in such a way that fosters creativity, growth and remain humble and inviting ….
